Ferulic Acid is a kind of off-white to light yellow crystalline powder obtained from the extraction of rice bran substances. Ferulic acid can be used in food industry as antioxidant and reduce bacterial contamination. Ferulic acid also could be widely used in health-care products and drugs playing the role of anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anti-thrombosis, anti-ultraviolet radiation, anti-free radical and enhancing human immunity.
